weestock has been is business since 2009, but the owners & creators have been producing and selling imagery for a combined 30 years. a professioinal photographer and art director have teamed their talent and creativity to bring you weestock. the first children’s stock agency of its kind.

Zee Wendell Photographer:

"i love the collaborative process of a photoshoot," says zee wendell, los angeles based lifestyle/fashion photographer. the magic happens when the team, including the client, agency, stylists, models and assistants, work together to bring that vision to life, invariably we end up with something fresh, stretching well beyond out original idea." zee wendell has developed a successful commercial photography career that includes children, lifestyle and fashion. with a subtle sense of wit, zee shows us beauty that doesn't take itself too seriously, humor that doesn't get campy, and style that is not untouchable. zee has shot for a variety of editorial and advertising clients including: nike, target, cuervo, at&t, microsoft and nordstrom.

Tara D'Ambrosia Art director:

"as an art director you are only as good as your team," says tara d'ambrosia. "i have been fortunate to work with some of the best photographers, stylists, prop stylists and hair and make-up teams around the globe. everyone has a role in creating the finished product - it's a shared effort." tara d'ambrosia first developed her clean iconic style while working as an art director at neiman marcus where some of her designs were featured in the american graphic design annual. when d'ambrosia launched her freelance career her signature style helped her to attract some of the leading retailers in the business including: target, quiksilver, victorias secret, lands end, bloomingdales and macys.

lee clower contributing photographer:

lee clower currently resides in new york. before becoming a photographer he was a freelance fashion editor and stylist for conde nast. lee's client list includes brands such as the new york times, w magazine, glamour and rolling stone. given his background as an editor and stylist, lee enjoys styling his own shoots when he can. lee loves photographing children "they are so expressive and uninhibited," he says. "i love creating a spontaneous and whimsical enviornment that allows for moments between moments to evolve." lee relies on his innate sense of humor and ability to laugh while working to create a mood that lends itself to a natural enviornment. his secret weapon? "i make sure kids have fun on the set, i treat them like peers rather than children and i have fun myself. usually that strategy creates perfection in my work."

trina roberts contributing photographer:

 "i started taking pictures when i was 13 and continued focusing on fine art and photography through college. however, my love affair with the camera and children began after my daughter olivia was born in 2000. olivia became my favorite model instantly and still is today. i documented her constantly and subsequently began to photograph my friends kids and their friends kids and so on. picking a name for my company was easy; they make me grin." trina's clients range from local families to childrens clothing designers to kid focused magazines and beyond. in addition to grin photography, trina also co-owns a southern california based wedding photography company out of los angeles called paperwhites, yet she says "kids are still and will always be my favorite subjects."

alison bernier contributing photographer:

alison grew up in australia by the beach and after graduating from university she moved to california with her husband to yet another beach community in southern california. alison's photos are often backlit and sun filled and although originally from australia, her images truly embody the california spirit. "i couldn't be happier working with children on the beach, running around being their crazy carefree selves. i love working on fashion and lifestyle shoots, but there is something so fun about capturing the real happiness of a giggly kid!"

west coast based photographer sandy heit's style is nontraditional, clean and simple. she strives to make a connection when shooting to capture her subjects natural expressions and personality.

 

 

hayley sparks contributing photographer:

hayley is a new york based fashion, portrait and kids photographer. before photography, hayley had a decade long career as an actress that included film, t.v. and broadway. after interning with annie leibovitz, she moved to australia to study photography, graduating with a BA in 2005 from the royal melbourne institute of technology. her clients include american baby, la petite magazine, boho magazine, lucky, gotham, new york magazine, time out new york, people and women's wear daily. hayley's style is timeless and whimsical. "i am happiest when i'm shooting. i love capturing the beauty, spirit and joy of life." hayley now lives in woodstock, new york with her husband and two young children.
